Disappointing Amenities, Lacked Support
We stayed for 3 nights in a two-bedroom apartment. The kitchenette was a big letdown since the refrigerator wasn't functional for our groceries. We had to resort to buying a cooler. Service was unhelpful when we sought assistance, leading to frustration. Plan ahead for food storage!

It was just a decent option for a short-term stay in Las Vegas with good value. The balcony provided a nice spot to relax and take in the view. Bring extra towels, as they offer limited amounts for your stay.

The location was super convenient for exploring Las Vegas.
Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find dirty floors and broken furniture in the suite. The management was unhelpful when we addressed these issues, offering little support or assistance. We expected a reliable refrigerator, but it was not functional, forcing us to buy a cooler for food storage.

Loved the view from the balcony! The location is also super convenient. Had a few hiccups like broken bathroom light and limited towels, but overall, it was a decent stay for our family trip.

great views but needs more attention to amenities
The views from the 38th floor were truly captivating, offering a fantastic city skyline backdrop. The shower had amazing water pressure, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I really appreciated the easy parking options available and felt safe with the 24/7 security on site. The mountain view added a scenic touch to my stay, complementing the relaxed atmosphere.
I noticed the towels were somewhat limited, which could be improved for future guests.

the shower head was practically falling off, which is just wonderful when you expect a luxurious experience. and the lack of towels woudl ve been comical if it wasn't so annoying. for a price like that, I expected at least a complimentary drink, but I guess special treatment is too much to ask for. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
